El otro dia me encontré con este anuncio de Shawn Kemp anunciando las Reebok Aftershok. Ya habia visto este anuncio el año anterior con las Reebok Kamikaze II pero este nunca lo había visto y encima con lo que era el prototito (modelo no definitivo) de las Reebok aftershok. La verdad es que prefiero el producto final con la suela transparente.

Con la salida de esta semana de las Nike Air Unlimited he hecho ilustraciones de los tres jugadores más representativos de este modelo. David Robinson y los 72 puntos que le hizo a los Clippers en la temporada 1993-94, Chris Webber y su premio de novato del año de 1994 y Grant Hill en su último año en Duke.

Una pena que no vayan a salir la combinación de colores del anuncio que son las que llevó Chris Webber aunque la versión “triple negro” no está nada mal.

Aquí están las fotos oficiales de las Nike Air CB34 de “Sir Charles” Barkley. Me he fijado en una diferencia respecto a las originales y las últimas retro: han cambiado los cordones ya que en las anteriores eran redondos como los de las Air Jordan XI y los han cambiado por planos. En un mes supongo que saldrán oficialmente aunque me temo que solo en USA.

De repente han llegado una de mis favoritas. Las Nike Air CB34 de Charles Barkley de la temporada 1995-96 ya están llegando a algunas tiendas de los Estados Unidos. Tienen muy buena pintaa respetando la esencia de la original.

El pasado fin de semana Nike y Jordan brand presentaban los nuevos uniformes de baloncesto de la universidad de Michigan y es un buen momento para celebrar el 25 aniversario del primer año de los Fab five. He hecho estos diseños con los dos modelos más reconocibles que calzó este cinco inicial: Uno de 1992 con las Nike Air Flight Huarache y otro de 1993 con las Nike Air Force Max.
This last weekend Nike and Jordan Brand released the new basketball uniforms for the University of Michigan and is a good moment to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the freshmen year of the Fab Five. I made this designs with the two most recognoscibles models this starting five wore: one from 1992 with the Nike Air Flight Huarache and the other one from 1993 with the Nike Air Force Max.

Esta semana tenía que hacer camisetas homenajeando a Kevin Garnett. He hecho dos diseños donde personalmente más me gustaron en los pies de KG. Uno es en el partido de rookies de 1996 con las Nike Air Max Uptempo y el otro es del All star del año 2000 con las Nike Air Garnett III.
This week i had to make tees honoring Kevin Garnett. I made two designs where personally i liked most on KG’s feet. One is in the 1996 All star Rookie game with the Nike Air Max Uptempo and the other one is from the 2000 NBA All star game with the Nike Air Garnett III.

Kevin Garnett se retira, el único que quedaba de la época dorada de las zapas (1995). 21 años para el número 21 del cual recojo un anuncio del que personalmente creo que es su mejor modelo, las Nike Air Garnett III.

Pues parece que en ebay ya están disponibles la versión negro sobre negro de las Nike Air Unlimited. También es un color original pero es una pena que hayan sacado estas y no las negras con azul que llevó Chris Webber.

Esta semana los invitados especiales en mis camisetas son Charles Barkley y Larry Johnson. “Sir Charles” luce su modelo más representativo, las Nike Air Max 2 CB y el uniforme que llevo en su mejor partido con este modelo: 56 puntos en el tercer partido de la primera ronda del Oeste de 1994 contra Golden State Warriors. La “abuela” Johnson, en cambio, luce una adaptación del vestido que lucia en los anuncios de Converse y por supuesto sus zapas más reconocibles: las Converse Aerojam.

Esta semana toca Chris Webber en sus tres versiones más memorables con las Nike Air Max CW en 1995. La primera en su debut de las Nike air max CW al final de la temporada 1994-95 cuando llevaba el número 2. La segunda cuando apareció en el videoclip “Can’t You See” de Total jugando un uno contra uno con Puff Daddy y la tercera es de uno de sus primeros partidos en la temporada 1995-96 donde Chris llevó calcetines negros de Nike en un partido oficial cuando nadie lo había hecho antes.
